As the Chamber Nation team carefully curates and manages your newly established online community connected to your official website, you can expect a substantial increase in online traffic and visibility for your digital hub. This guarantees that sponsors will receive exceptional value for their modest investment.


To initiate this initiative within your community, you have the choice to make a direct payment or offer the opportunity to 8 founding sponsor businesses. Each sponsor will make a one-time payment of only $235 to cover the entire initial setup for a network of 100 businesses. Should sponsors choose to also cover the monthly maintenance, an additional $25 per month would be required, potentially for up to a year. Following this period, current individual business members can take over their own subscription payment (amount set by you), continue the program with the original sponsor, or transfer it to another sponsor business for an additional year or two.

The Documented Community promotes founding sponsors through various channels, including the:


  1. community welcome, visitor or resource center marketplace,
  2. the main portal page for people searching for community services,
  3. every community business catalog cover page,
  4. every individual product or service page,
  5. in the mobile applications,
  6. in the business dashboards,
  7. in the community websites and marketing landing pages,
  8. and more.


The Founding Sponsors are supporting a fully staffed Membership Services Department and an expansive marketplace to enhance your overall community promotion. This will significantly elevate your membership services to drive growth and support member retention.
